Safety: Compliance, Safety and Accountability
Since November of 2010 CRAIG has been actively monitoring CSA Carrier Scores, changes that FMCSA has made in regards to driver, vehicle and carrier violations as well as utilizing third party software to be sure we stay up-to-date with all aspects of compliance, safety and accountability.
We want our drivers to be proud of who they work for, and know they can rely on us when any safety issue presents itself. If it’s broke, we fix it. If you don’t have hours to move, you don’t move. We rely on our drivers to haul our freight efficiently and safely and our drivers rely on us to ensure any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
We utilize in-cab satellite communication to ensure any issues are quickly and efficiently communicated to our maintenance, safety or customer service department. Our company stays on-call 24-hours a day, and we do not use a third party call service for after-hours breakdowns or issues. If you’re out on the road, we are available to support you.
CSA Complance Audit
In November of 2011 CRAIG had their first DOT Compliance Audit in over 11 years. After a three day-long audit we were found to not have a single violation noted by DOT, a proud accomplishment for our Safety Department and it's members!
